Our beginner trainee's shots are not threatening to his opponent because his racket to shuttle contact point is too low. Coach Xiao Jie shows ideal contact points and angles for the jump smash (about 20cm in front of body), drop shot (about 10cm in front of body), and clear shot (directly above body). She also shows our trainee how to practice his high swing with an imaginary border or against a wall.
