In this badminton drill, both the trainee and training partner can benefit by improving their endurance and techniques. The training partner stays in the forecourt to receive the trainee's drop shots. The training partner will use net shots and lifts to target the 4 corners of the trainee's court. The goal is to improve endurance, full court movement, footwork, hitting techniques, and shot control. The requirement for this drill is that the trainee must already have a good level of physical fitness. This drill can further improve their court movement and shot control.
